CHO™ Concrete Cleaner

CHO™ Concrete Cleaner by Butterfield Color cleans efflorescence effortlessly!  It is also very effective for cleaning and preparing concrete, before staining, sealing or overlaying. The etched surface allows for improved penetration of topically applied coloring materials and sealers, and better adhesion of cementitious overlays.

Mix 1 pound (.45 kg) of CHO™ Concrete Cleaner with 1 gallon (3.8L) of clean water.  1 Gallon of solution will clean approx 100-150 square feet. Pour or brush apply the solution onto the surface and then scrub with a clean bristle brush or rotary machine. Neutralize and rinse the surface with water. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying stains, coatings and overlays.
