The safety and reliability of today's massive wind generators starts with a firm concrete foundation anchored in widely varying terrain. Prairie Wind Resources’ WindPower™ concrete mixes provide the strength and workability that you need to build a robust foundation that will provide decades of trouble-free service.

Our WindPower Standard mix is a 5,000+ psi mix that has been enhanced for low heat of hydration to lower the risk of thermal cracking. In a typical foundation pour, the heat of the concrete never rose above 157°F while meeting strength requirements at the specified intervals.

Our WindPower Rapid Discharge option offers a flowing performance mix that provides more workability. WindPower RD discharges from the truck in half the time and requires smaller crews for placement and consolidation, freeing up resources for faster overall construction..

Our Mud Matrix mix is a low-strength, high-flow engineered dirt that stabilizes the excavated site for construction crews building the foundations. Rapid discharge and rapid setting means your crews get on the job quickly and safely.
