Our customers have come to rely on Prairie Material for innovative and reliable ready-mix designs. It is not at all uncommon for many construction projects to use more than 10 separate mix designs for various aspects of the job. We work with the engineers and architects to determine the functional requirements while partnering with the contractor and builders to ensure good workability, improved construction schedules and high finished quality. The overall result is better in-place performance. With our extensive testing program, first-class lab and rigorous quality control, Prairie is able to improve its mixes and product offerings to satisfy any requirement. We are firmly committed to putting into practice the Prescriptive to Performance (P2P) initiative of the NRMCA. The P2P initiative calls for architects/engineers to address concrete specifications in terms of functional requirements instead of controlling the specifics of concrete mixtures and construction means and methods.
